I really liked the service provided during my stay. In my booking, I indicated some special requests which were all fulfilled. I was also able to check in early and check out a little bit later (upon requesting). The variations of food was also ok. Theres rice, fried rice, spicy fried noodle, cut fruits, coffee machine, hot tea, cereal, bread and egg station. I liked the egg station the most because its cooked on the spot and its hot. The porridge was cold and lumpy.

We love the vibes of the hotel.. Soothing relaxing music at lobby.. Staffs all were great.. Smooth check in and out.. Swimming pool was awesome.. Food ok not bad many varieties.. Should include more western like pancakes, waffles for guest to enjoy.. Room was spacious with balcony.. Can see and hear the azan from the mosque.. Aircon was cold.. Wifi at times lost connection but we are happy during our 3d2n stay.. Will come back again..

The hotel location is near to Harbour Ferry Terminal which is plus point. The staffs never fail to greet to welcome whenever we entered the hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, complete with toileteries. Breakfast was great too. Room service and housekeeping was superfast and always treat the guest well. Well done to all hotel staffs.

Breakfast is prepared with different menu everyday. the staff was polite and nice, feel like home and welcoming. for me, the breakfast was ok because different person have different taste and the room was ok except my room i can't adjust the water level (hot or cold)
